Shipping and Returns Policy

1. Delivery.
1.1 Our aim is to treat all orders with the greatest urgency as soon as they are received. We cannot control the various delivery services throughout the world; however, delivery to UK destinations can usually be expected to arrive within 3 working days, to European destinations within 5 working days and elsewhere within 10 working days. (These delivery times are intended as a guide only).
1.2  If for any reason delivery is likely to take longer than normal we will contact you by e-mail or phone.
1.3 Very occasionally, but when necessary, we reserve the right to make delivery by instalments and tender a separate invoice and charge in respect of each instalment.
1.4 A signature may be required when delivery is made.
1.5 Claims for shortage on the delivery or that any of the goods are delivered damaged should be notified by telephone within 24 hours or in writing within 5 days after the date of delivery.

2. Cancellation and Returns
2.1 Cancellation or variation of the whole or any part of the order should be requested within 7 working days after receipt of your order (see 2.2). The goods may be returned for refund or exchange provided: 
    * They are in unused condition and in original, undamaged packaging with all seals intact together with product receipt;
    * Products are to be returned to us at your expense unless faulty.
    * You will be wholly responsible for the cost of delivery and safe return of the goods. Goods returned in incomplete, damaged or used condition will not be accepted for credit.
Responsibility will not be accepted for non-delivery of returned goods and it is recommended that you obtain proof of posting and delivery insurance.
2.2 Authorisation for return must be requested by email, quoting your invoice number, description of goods to return, your name and address and telephone number. We will respond with instructions on returns procedure. No goods will be accepted without prior authorisation. Returned faulty goods must be accompanied with description of fault.
2.3  Goods returned without authorisation will not be accepted for credit.

Your statutory rights are not affected.
